    Your initial hour consultation is the foundation for your success. Based on an evaluation of your current lifestyle, your nutritionist will hone in on your strengths and areas that need improvement. You will set physical and mental health goals. 

  • Grocery Shopping + Meal Guides

    Learn how to navigate the grocery store by becoming an educated consumer. Find out about the best places to shop and how to lower your grocery bill while still choosing the best options. Meal guides will have ideal meals for mornings, afternoons, and evenings. 

  • Macro + Micronutrients

    Learn the importance of balanced meals and nutrition retention through different methods of cooking and food storage. Learn your personal ideal macronutrient daily intakes. 

  • Gut Health

    Now more than ever, we have discovered the crucial relationship between your microbiome and your health. You will learn ways to keep your microbiome in top condition. Exams to test for any issues and specialized diets will be administered as needed. 

  • Traveling and Dining Out

    Learn how to navigate social situations and traveling by using tried and true tips that will help you stay on track for busy lifestyles.

    Certified Nutritionist

    Cat Arias is a Certified Nutritionist and creator of the Feed The Soul Nutrition Program. Helping others achieve optimal health and obtain their full potential drives her passion for nutrition education. She strongly believes in the transformative and healing power of a whole foods diet.

    Previously, Cat has worked with Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign, a non-profit dedicated to ending childhood hunger.  Currently, she is Head Nutritionist for Dr. Breen, OC / LA Bio-Identical Hormone Expert located in Irvine, California.  Cat is also a Registered Yoga Teacher ( 200-HR RYT).
